Global information services company Experian has officially acquired KYC360, a provider of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions for Know Your Customer (KYC), Know Your Business (KYB), and anti-money laundering (AML) processes. The acquisition is intended to enhance Experian’s capabilities in digital identity verification and fraud prevention.

KYC360’s platform will be integrated into Experian’s existing suite of digital identity and fraud risk solutions. This move combines Experian’s data and analytics with KYC360’s technology to offer businesses a comprehensive tool for managing customer and business verification.

Integration with Experian’s CrossCore Platform

The technology from KYC360 is set to be incorporated into Experian’s CrossCore platform. CrossCore is designed to connect various fraud and identity services, including Experian’s own products, business data, and third-party solutions. The integration aims to provide a single platform for client onboarding and continuous risk monitoring throughout the customer lifecycle.

According to Gus Park, Experian’s chief product and innovation officer for its U.K. and Ireland region, the acquisition will help clients accelerate their onboarding processes while also meeting their regulatory compliance obligations.

KYC360 specializes in providing real-time risk intelligence, data visualization tools, and advanced case management capabilities.
